The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) ([Download]) apply to all agreements/reservations entered into by us. The UVH are binding for everyone who uses our services. In addition, the following house rules apply. In the regulations below you will find the most important house rules that apply within Hotel The Saints. We ask you to respect and accept these rules.

Cameras

Security cameras have been installed for your and our safety. If you visit a catering establishment where video cameras are installed, you agree that recordings will be made. In exceptional circumstances, these recordings can be shown as supporting material to the police and the judiciary.

Catering property

You may not take hotel property outside. This also applies to leftover food and drinks. Anyone who causes damage is responsible for repair or replacement.

Visitors' property

The hotel cannot be held liable for anyone who loses clothing or other property. Lost and found itemsIf you find an item in the hotel that apparently belongs to another visitor, you must hand it in to one of our employees. Anyone who collects a found item must be able to identify themselves.

Narcotics and hallucinogenic substances

You may not use hard drugs, soft drugs or pills in the hotel. This also includes the use of whipped cream and laughing gas ampoules. Our employees may ask you to cooperate with a search. If you refuse to be searched or are caught using or using them, you will be removed and warned by the police

Unwanted intimacies, racism, discrimination and aggression

Unwanted intimacies, racism and discrimination, as well as aggression against employees and visitors of the hotel will not be tolerated. Anyone who behaves in a disruptive or offensive manner inside or outside the catering establishment will be denied access. In the event of threats, assault or other forms of aggression, a report will always be filed.

Trade in goods

It is prohibited to trade in goods in or around the company and/or to be guilty of receiving stolen goods.

Weapons

You are not allowed to carry weapons. In case of violation, we will notify the police.

Use of toilets

The toilets are only intended for individual use. Staying for other reasons is not permitted.

First aid

A first aid kit is available in this hotel and first aid can be provided.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, report it directly to the management. Do this immediately, because your right to complain will lapse at a later stage. We are available 24 hours a day through the Hologram and are happy to help you.

Registration

All guests must report to the Hologram with a valid ID at the start of a stay or a visit to a room.

Emergency exits

It is prohibited to use emergency exits as regular entrances and exits.

Smoking

The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor terraces. It is not permitted to use a supersmoker, vape, e-cigarette or similar cigarette replacements within the hotel. Smoking in a hotel room will result in a penalty of € 250 in cleaning costs. If the fire alarm is activated due to smoking in the room, removal from the hotel will automatically follow.

Safety measures

Disabling and/or misusing our fire or safety measures will automatically result in removal from the hotel. This will not result in a refund of the room rate and any deposit paid.

Alcoholic beverages and cigarettes

If, in our opinion, you have drunk too much, you may be denied the right to consume alcoholic beverages. No alcoholic beverages or cigarettes will be provided to persons under the age of 18.

Loss, damage, injury

Hotel Ryder is not liable for loss of and/or damage to property of guests. The hotel is also not liable in the event of injury to persons.

Stay

We kindly request that you take our other guests into account during your entire stay at the hotel and that you do not cause any noise or nuisance to either guests or residents.

Underage guests and overnight stays

Persons under the age of 18 who wish to stay overnight at the hotel must have written permission from both parents. Without this permission or physical presence, we are not allowed to check you in.

Emergency or nuisance

In the event of an emergency or nuisance, you must always call +31 73 720 01 55 from your room. In the event of an emergency, you must follow the instructions of the staff in the interest of safety. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, please call 112.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Pets are allowed in the outdoor areas such as the terrace.

Night's rest

The hotel must be quiet from 23:00 onwards.
